At the study site school for this research, the online curriculum in the current blended learning program was not promoting the desired student achievement outcomes. It was unknown if and how research-based best practices associated with blended learning were being implemented. This qualitative case study explored which elements of blended learning best practices were currently implemented in the online blended curriculum at one school to understand the factors enhancing or constraining student learning outcomes. A communities of inquiry framework was used to explore which blended learning best practices were currently implemented and which of those elements enhanced and constrained learning based on teacher and student perspectives. Data were collected using a whole population questionnaire, individual student/teacher interviews, and classroom observations. Three students and five teachers participated in the interviews and five classrooms were observed. Data were analyzed using a combination of open coding and a priori codes. Findings indicated that while teacher presence was evident in the blended learning curriculum, the focus on self-paced assignments limited the social and cognitive presence needed in blended learning best practices. Results were used to design a blended learning professional development course to help prepare teachers to implement missing elements of blended learning best practices. This research study can create social change by increasing teachers’ understanding of blended learning and providing student learning data to help educational leaders close the achievement gap at the local site. Increasing student success could lead to lower dropout rates and enhance students’ abilities to become more successful members of society.

Relying on knowledge and knowledge management, organizations can make more reasonable decisions and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, knowledge management is one of the most influential and essential factors in comprehensive development and gaining a more significant market share. This studys primary purpose was to investigate the relationship between critical aspects of knowledge management on Kale Amol Dairy Products Companys supply chain productivity. Five main factors of organizational strategy, organizational structure, knowledge team, knowledge map, and knowledge audit were used as independent variables to achieve this goal. The research method was a correlation, and data collection tools were library and internet resources. The statistical population consisted of high and middle-class managers and staff members involved in knowledge management and supply chain in Amol Calais Dairy Products Company, of which 58 were. Chang china et al. standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables, and SPSS software was used to analyze the statistical data. Descriptive statistics were used for the frequency of data. The Pearson correlation test was used to determine the relationship between variables, and the Friedman test was used to prioritize the variables. After data analysis, it was found that there is a relationship between all independent variables and supply chain productivity. The knowledge map variable had the highest and organizational strategy variable with the lowest relationship with the dependent variable among independent variables.

Bangladesh is performing better in the growth of GDP and experiencing remarkable progress in development indicators such as poverty alleviation, maternal mortality, infant mortality and enrollment in primary education. However, despite the restoration parliamentary democracy in 1990s, political governance is decaying in the country. The present study, taking dynamics of Bangladeshi politics into consideration, seeks to explore the interplay between business and politics and its impact on governance with supplementary evidence from public transportation sector as case example. Among others, the principal question of the paper is how business interest creates crisis in governance? It reveals that business elites are involved in all decision-making process in the government institutions and they make pro-business policy undermining people’s interest that leads to a confrontation between government institution and business elites which ultimately generates crisis in governance in almost all other section of the nation like transportation sector.

Education is a challenge for Physically Challenged Students (PCS). Accessibility in the buildup environments of university campus for PCS is a worldwide concern. A country can’t uplift its socio-economic conditions unless and until people from all level of the society get the equal access in every facilities and services provided by government. Every student with disability has the right to equal enjoyment and access in a residential university. In Bangladesh, increased numbers of students with disabilities have been accessed to higher educational opportunities. However, also the government has imposed some legal legislation for the education and the inclusive design for the PCS. So, this study concerns about the accessibility in higher educational institutions for PCS. This research has highlighted the accessibility condition of the buildup areas of the Jahangirnagar University campus in Bangladesh and the problems faced by the PCS which created because of the existing structural design. It also explores the relation between types of barriers and different structures in university for the PCSs. At the end this study tries to provide some guidelines for ensuring better accessibility of the physically challenged students.

Income growth and convergence also known as the catch-up effect has been studied extensively in the literature and become a topic of considerable interest in both developing and developed economies. The purpose of this paper is to study empirically the evolution of the disparities between Indian districts considering the spatial dependence and to explore a non-parametric approach for characterizing convergence of literacy rate. This study utilizes growth theory as the theoretical foundation to explore the convergence hypothesis. The methodology consists in identifying the shape of the long run spatial associations through the use of Markov chains which make it possible to derive a unique stationary distribution. The results of the analysis indicate the persistence of regional disparities and the importance of geography to explain the global convergence process with positive spatial spillover effects. The proportion of high-income districts surrounded by similar districts has significantly increased detrimentally to the other spatial associations. This non-parametric approach complements the standard parametric method (absolute and conditional Beta-convergence) which shows that convergence process can be accelerated by beneficial spatial interaction effects. These results have strong policy implications with regard to national and territorial policies in these districts.

Correctional Bureau (BAPAS) plays a very important and strategic role in child criminal case settlement. One form of the settlement is made through diversion, for child to avoid the bad impact of formal child criminal judicature. The research employed a juridical normative research method and statute approach and conceptual approach. The role of Bapas in child criminal case settlement through diversion is quite important and strategic as set forth in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning Child Criminal Judiciary System, Government Regulation Number 65 of 2015 concerning the Guidelines on the Implementation of Diversion and Dealing with Under 12 (Twelve) Years Old Child, Regulation of Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Guidelines on Diversion Implementation in Child Criminal Judiciary System. The constraints found in the diversion implementation are related to remedy for victim and non-optimal post-diversion supervision by the Correctional Advisor of Correctional Bureau (PK Bapas).

This article analyzes a number of requirements and criteria for name creation in linguistics, developed by Neimer-practitioners, and analyzes the models of name creation in the Uzbek language.

This study mainly investigated the predictions of the Contrastive Analysis Hypothesis (CAH) on Taiwanese vocational high school EFL learners’ acquisition of two English fricative consonants (/s/ and /?/) by examining the learners’ relative perceptual difficulty of the consonants. To achieve this purpose, two research questions were devised, and a self-designed listening identification test was carried out. A total of 43 students from a private vocational high school in northern Taiwan participated in this experiment. Their accuracy in perceiving the tested consonants was measured through the identification test. After all the participants’ test scores were gathered, an independent-samples t-test was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the relative perceptual difficulty of the two fricatives for the students was /s/ = /?/. The finding suggested that Lado’s (1957) CAH could not accurately predict the participants’ acquisition of the consonants in perception.

The study was conducted at two institutions (The International School and The College of Education) Thai Nguyen University. The total number of participants was 92. The study employs a quasi-experimental research design to evaluate the effectiveness of a listening strategy instruction invention towards the listening comprehension. The findings reveals that students use listening strategies at a low level (M=2.1). The results also confirmed that the listening intervention really helped students in their listening ability. The mean of pre-test was M=3.72. After four weeks of intervention the mean scores were M=4.96 for the experimental group and M= 3.83 for the control group. After another four weeks, the improvement of the experimental group was M=5.6 compared to M=4.54 in the control group. At the end of the intervention the improvement the mean scores for experimental group and control group were M=6.41 and M=5.45 respectively. From the findings, it is concluded that the listening strategy intervention really improve students’ listening comprehension.

HAGO, an online game application that is currently popular and widely used by Indonesians, has turned out to be a medium for finding dating partners for some people. This study was conducted to determine the self-disclosure process carried out by users of the HAGO online game application in finding dating partners. Researchers applied the Social Penetration Theory by Alman and Taylor. There are 4 stages described in the Social Penetration Theory to achieve intimacy, namely the orientation stage, exploratory affective stage, affective exchange stage and stable exchange stage. This was a qualitative study using a case study method. Researchers took 4 informants who were users of the HAGO online game application who had or were dating and had a relationship with someone he knew through the HAGO online game application. The result of this study showed that self-disclosure process carried out by the informants was in accordance with the stages in the social penetration theory. Informants sequentially went through the self-disclosure stage from the orientation stage until the stable exchange stage.

According to some observers, Bangladesh is becoming a new Asian Tiger as it is the fastest growing economy in the continent. East Asian miracle has left a lot of lessons which are favorable for Bangladesh to become the next Asian Tiger. This paper has tried to review the East Asian miracle and explore lessons from this miracle for other developing countries, especially for Bangladesh. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the way by which Bangladesh can become an Asian Tiger, beside it focused on its challenges to be an Asian Tiger and how it can overcome them? Data were collected from different research papers, articles, journals, reports of different national and international organizations, websites and newspapers related to this topic for analyzing problems. It is founded that Bangladesh is in the right economic track but corruption and weak institutions are the main problems need to be solved and it is possible for Bangladesh to be an Asian Tiger.

Journalism is a term that has been used to describe the act of gathering and reporting news, either through the print media which includes newspaper, magazine or through the broadcast media to mention television, radio broadcasting system and recently journalism has been extended throughout the world through unrestricted use of social media, whereby the act of gathering and disseminating of news is done without restraint. Conversely, one important thing to note about journalism is the ethics that enhance the profession, its notes worthy to know that any information that is disseminated via any media should be ethically standard. The new media has on a large scale given the opportunity to a whole large number of people to practice journalism without them knowing the ethics that guide the profession, which is affecting the dynamics of the profession. Therefore this study is based on assessing the impact of a new communication system on journalism; whether social media promote the ethics of journalism profession and to know if social media journalists are in compliance with the journalism code of ethics in their dissemination of news and information. In this research, the survey method was adopted and the north-central geo-political zone, Kwara state to be précised was selected for the study.

The rising of urbanization in Japan is going to advance after 1945s, while Japan Government absorb workers excessively to develop infrastructure and economic growth. As a pioneer, many workers from remote provinces gathered in Tokyo, serve the country as salaryman or labor, called Generation X. Owing to them, Japan became a prosperous country in 1980s, but contrary created Generation Y and Generation Z who categorized as a consumptive society, good earned, but lack of spiritually experience self-identity crisis. They joined Tokyo Zentai Club, a community of urban youth living in Tokyo, peculiarly wear colorful-spandex-tight-suit covered head to toe, spending nights by chit-chat inside members. This paper will describe the identity construction of Tokyo Zentai Club members, associated as a form of liquid modernity toward Generation Z. Miura Atsushi through Nihon Yokai-ron, adopted Liquid Modernity concept by Zygmunt Bauman. This concept explains that the personal construction of Generation Z within society is liquid, unrigid, and easy to follow the flow. In this case, means an individual experiencing an identity crisis. It found that Tokyo Zentai Club members claim this action as different ways to express self-identity through false identity. They are classified as sub-problem of unconnected society (muen shakai) try to be a part of liquid society through the urban community. The majority member is Generation Z, who lack personalities and have self-identity crisis affected by the bubble economy burst in 1991. This false identity is used by members as escaping strategy to deal with an urban stressful life and unconnected society in Japan.

Character education is an effort to develop characters so that the desired character values can be achieved. Character education strategies of eating are important and strategic to ensure a balanced, halal, thoyib, and civilized nutritional intake. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the character education strategies of eating in Indonesian schools. The method of study used Systematic Review. The data sources of this study were in the form of journal articles and relevant sources both online and even offline, in which it was related to eating character education. Data analysis methods used in this study were meta-analysis for quantitative data and meta-synthesis for qualitative data. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that there are 6-character education strategies of eating in Indonesian schools, namely: reinforcement of daily meal policy, reinforcement of eating manners, learning of halal and thoyib food, reinforcement of healthy eating habits, reinforcement of healthy canteens and nutrition programs, and reinforcement of outdoor class activities. Those six-character education strategies of eating are mostly done by full-day schools, featured schools, favorite schools, and model schools at both the primary and secondary education levels in Indonesia.

Tourism can attract tourists with various factors and the efforts made by the manager of the tourist attraction. The research objective was to determine the quality of service, creativity, promotional media whether or not to influence visitor satisfaction. West Bandung has many interesting and creative tourist attractions, one of which is the Farm house and The Great Asia Afrika. Bandung tourist attractions in Indonesia are in great demand by tourists, before the COVID-19 pandemic, these 19 attractions reached 1,000 visitors and were packed with traffic jams. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has greatly affected the entire tourism sector, but researchers conducted research on the 3 X variables on visitor satisfaction during the Covid 19 pandemic. The research methods used were mixed method, quantitative descriptive and qualitative. The research sample used the incidental technique, visitors who were at the time of the study who were respondents were 42 people. The results showed that all X variables proved valid, namely X1, X2, X3 exceeding the R table value of 0.3044. The results of the validity test of the 25 statements used in the study. In variable Y there are 4 statements, the results of the validity test state that the validity exceeds the R table value of 0.3044. the value of the coefficient of determination or R Square of 0.745. that is, the variable under study explains 74.5% and the remaining 25.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The significance value of the T test on service quality is 0.017 <0.05, which means that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The significance value of the T test for Creativity is 0.279> 0.05, which means that creativity does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the Promotion Media variable has a significance value of 0.00 <0.005 which means that the Promotion Media has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. So it can be concluded that a large and significant influence in this study is service quality on customer satisfaction, media promotion on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, creativity does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the Covid 19 pandemic, the level of visits has indeed decreased, but it still attracts tourists to visit the Farm House and The Great Asia Africa. The profiles of these attractions are views and photo spots with nuances of Europe, Japan, Korea, Africa, India and Indonesia. Suggestions for future researchers can see from other indicators of customer satisfaction.

The use of appropriate learning media in Pancasila and civics education subjects will convey various concepts and facts so that students can use and remember longer the teachers material. This research aims to develop instructional video media to assist students in learning Pancasila and civic education subjects. This research is development research that adopts the development stages of ADDIE. The results showed that the learning videos developed were easy for students to use and had a very high level of attractiveness, and could improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to identify the level of knowledge, attitude and readiness of students of the Institute of Teacher Education, Technical Education Campus (IPGKPT) on virtual learning. Correspondingly, a study was administered to a sample of 988 trainee teachers. Likert-based questionnaires which was distributed through google forms were utilized as the instrument in this descriptive study. Findings revealed that the level of knowledge is at a high degree with an average mean value of 3.02 (sd = 0.78), while the level of attitude of trainee teachers towards virtual learning is at a moderate degree with an average mean value of 2.94 (sp = 0.88) and likewise the level of readiness of the trainee teachers is high with an average mean value of 3.32 (sp = 0.78). Based on the questionnaire conducted online and the findings of the study from the respondents it was found that virtual learning entails positive implications but some improvements are required in order to increase the quality of virtual learning in IPGKPT.

The paper surmises that in this collection of poems the writer combines the aesthetic mode with a philosophic outlook that is essentially African to situate poetry as an indigenous enterprise that advances intellectual development.

This study analyzes household problems amid the advances in digital technology civilization. The impact of digital technology covers broad aspects of human life, making it a necessity. Humans take advantage of digital technology facilities to meet their needs effectively and efficiently. However, technology brings negative aspects, such as changes in behavior, lifestyle changes, and communication patterns that characterize society’s social systems. Furthermore, there are shifts in relationships patterns between parents and their children, as well as from spiritual (fitrahwi) to patterned bonds with digital mechanisms. This problem needs to be solved by reconstructing domestic family duties based on equality norms. The orthodox-conventional approach restructures and modifies family management by considering religiousness, family psycho-social, and socio-culture based on moderation and humanistic justice promotion. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the tourism industry, including the purchase of hotel and restaurant services. This study aims to determine the level of consumer confidence in purchasing decisions for hotel and restaurant tourism products. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a questionnaire instrument and data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews. The population used in this study is respondents who use hotel and restaurant services in Jabodetabek with various demographics of the work of trainers, consultants and practitioners, but preferably 90 people who are accustomed to using these services. The sample used is saturated sample, so that the entire population becomes a sample of 90 respondents. The results showed that the coefficient of determination or R Square was 0.766. that is, the variable under study explains 76.6% and the remaining 23.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the research on the level of consumer confidence in the decision to purchase hotel and restaurant products during the Covid 19 pandemic, obtained a determination coefficient value of 76.6%. It can be concluded that the level of consumer confidence in purchasing decisions during the Covid 19 period. Consumers who decide to purchase hotel and restaurant tourism products for the purpose of work, travel, and refreshing or traveling. The purpose of purchasing hotel tourism products is dominant with the aim of West Java as much as 27%. Meanwhile, the destination for purchasing restaurant tourism products is dominant in the Jakarta area as much as 33%. Hotel and restaurant service providers continue to use the application of health protocols.

In Igbo tradition, coronation of kings is viewed as a kingly festival especially when it comes to coronations in Eri kingdom. In the coronation of any new king within the communities that make up Eri kingdom, especially Nri without “Ududueze” the covenant pot of clay, the coronation will not take place. The mystery behind this is still unknown. In Igbo tradition, this symbol of kingship act as a spiritual conduit that binds or compensates the communities that make up the Eri kingdom through the mediation for the loss of their contact with their ancestral home and with the built/support in religious rituals and cultural security of their extended brotherhood. As a point of emphasis, ‘Otutunzu shrine’ is a shrine strategically and naturally located at the confluence of Omanbala and Ezu rivers respectively and no citizen of Aguleri is allowed to fish in this particular location of the river because ‘they believed that the fish of the river were the children of the goddess of the river’. This paper explores the reasons and the mysteries why the indigenes are prohibited from fishing in this particular spot. This paper also focuses on how the ritual of coronation of Igbo monarchs are carried out especially the Nri coronation and why the renewal of covenant relationships between communities are done in this sacred space in order to reunite their intimate brotherhood and to show how the Aguleri community uses this temple to show her hegemony in Igbo land and consequently commemorates Eri as their great ancestor.

However, currently the existing homestay has not been included into tourist’ package products, so that it can become a tourist attraction for tourists. This phenomenon causes existing homestays to only be used as accommodation or accommodation facilities. In fact, homestays can also offer a variety of interesting activities related to the culture and social life of the local community. Therefore, in developing a homestay it is very important to involve the local community as a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential of the Cibodas village as an educational tourist attraction. In addition, to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of developing homestay in Cibodas tourism village as an educational empowerment attraction based on community empowerment as well. The last one is to formulate a homestay development strategy. In order for this research could be conducted thoroughly and achieves goals that are in accordance to the expectations of the researcher, multi-method approach of qualitative and quantitative method will be applied.

The purpose of this qualitative descriptive case study was to examine teachers’ perspectives and review preparation materials to understand why students in SS3 were not proficient on the mathematics SSCE standardized assessments. Teachers were randomly selected, and semistructured phone interviews using open-ended questions were utilized to understand teacher perspectives, course preparation materials, and how the materials could be improved. The study aimed to determine what teachers perceive to be working, what challenges exist, and describe the mathematics preparation materials used in preparing students for the mathematics SSCE standardized assessments. The study revealed the need to develop the senior secondary schedule to make improvements in curriculum implementation and a need for appropriate instructional materials and adequate instructional time to ensure essential learning outcomes and core skills are taught effectively.

At present, technology support makes entrepreneurs use resources more efficiently, reaching customers more effectively. Seeing the entrepreneurial abilities of millennials today, researchers want to help the millennial generation realize entrepreneurship by conducting training in making entrepreneurial business proposals. The activities carried out are to generate interest in becoming young entrepreneurs, then encourage students to deepen specific knowledge and skills in the field of technology, and provide knowledge in the field of business proposals. Researchers conducted research-based methods in the form of training to train and direct the millennial generation. Where in its implementation it involves Hellomotion High School students in making detailed business proposals, right on target, efficient and easily digested by investors or capital supply centers. With a business proposal, the millennial generation will be encouraged to solidify their interests with business skills and sensitivity. The results of this training were 95% of the participants were able to make business proposals with measuring tools that were right on target, efficient and easily digested by investors or capital supply centers.

This study aims to determine; 1) the effect of using creative problem-solving learning models on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 2) the influence of learning motivation on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 3) the influence of students self-efficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 4) interactions between creative problem-solving learning models with students learning motivation towards mathematical problem-solving abilities, 5) interaction between creative problem-solving learning models with self-efficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 6) interactions between learning motivation and selfefficacy on mathematical problem-solving abilities and 7) interactions between models learning creative problem solving, learning motivation and self-efficacy together on mathematical problem-solving abilities. The method used in this research is an experimental research method. A sample of 70 students was taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis used was the three-way Anava technique and the follow-up test used a multiple comparison test. The results showed that: 1) creative problemsolving learning models more effectively influence problem-solving abilities than conventional learning models, 2) high learning motivation is more effective in influencing mathematical problem-solving abilities than moderate learning motivation and low learning motivation, 3) high self-efficacy more effective in influencing mathematical problem-solving abilities than moderate selfefficacy and low self-efficacy, 4) there is no effect of differences in learning models with learning motivation on mathematical problem-solving abilities, 5) there is no difference between learning models and self-efficacy on solving abilities problem, 6) high learning motivation with moderate self efficacy most effectively affects mathematical problem solving abilities, 7). Creative problem solving learning model, high learning motivation with moderate self-efficacy most effectively affect mathematical problem-solving abilities.

This study intends to evaluate the effectiveness of vocational training programs for female inmates in Sri Lanka. This is a qualitative study based on vocational training programs conducted for female inmates in Dumbara (New Bogambara) and Kalutara prisons in Sri Lanka.The study used primary data and semi-structured in-depth interviews which were conducted with trainers engaged in providing vocational training programs for the female inmates in the chosen two prisons. Purposive sampling method was used. Data collection was carried out during September 2020 and due to the Covid-19 pandemic,access to the trainers was highly restricted and thereby the study was limited to interview onlyfour trainers. Thematic analysis was adopted for data analysis.The trainers emphasized on seven themes regardingthe effectiveness of vocational training programs conducted for the female inmates in the selected two prisons in Sri Lanka. Good organizational support for vocational training programs, positive reaction from female inmates to take the trainings, creating opportunities for female inmates to expand their learning and help exinmates to find self-employment opportunities, learning and behavioural changes among the inmates,promoting inter relationships among the female inmates, offering of effective incentive system for female inmates, cost avoidance in the prison.Findings implied that the effective conduct of vocational training programs for the female inmates is beneficial for the inmates, prison authorities and ultimately for the society at large.

Play can also be defined as a state where the body and mind is let loose, only engaged in the act in the immediate environment with or without any secondary objectat this junction on would be pondering on what play got to do with sculpture that a study of this nature is striving to interlace The core or thrust of this study is on play and Sculpture and an attempt is made to marry the two major word in this study . It is this marriage that has led the researcher to the dumpsites to source waste metals, plastics and fibres, utilizing welding piecing stringing and construction and assemblage methods in the sculpture studio. This union has given birth to a movable model of play sculpture that can satisfy the yearning of children of about ten years old .As they were thoroughly engaged in the model moving it from one place to another in Campus 1,Delta state University , Abraka, Nigeria. One can see that creativity does not necessarily have to be expensive to be expressed.

This study aimed to compare the learning outcomes of cadets who were treated with collaborative learning and cooperative learning in aviation polytechnic. The research subjects were ninety-three cadets of the Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya, divided into a collaborative learning class and a cooperative learning class. The analysis technique was used to compare the two groups calculated statistically. The analysis results showed cadets treated with cooperative learning obtained better learning outcomes than with collaborative learning. Cadets preferred cooperative learning because they were used to collaborating in the learning process in the classroom.

This research aims to study collaborative governance strategy in order to solve gap problem between abundance of natural resources but not equal in local management and constrained social phenomenon. Some barriers like low capacity that happen in street level government and local population. It will be interesting because paradox occure in abundance of advantages and welfare opportunity but cannot make local society out of local downturn and poverty (vicious circle). This research background is slum area phenomenon, low arrangement of local infrastructure, and poverty around tourism object and then attempted to explain stakeholder role in order to solve the probem. The research held in Banten Provine, especially in coastal area in Tanjung Pasir Village. The research methods performed with interview, observation, and documents study. Field result also analyzed by participation rural appraisal (PRA) and continued by SWOT analysis and coastal tourism development identification strategy. The result of this research is two strategic issue: at first, Tanjung Pasir Village has some tourism development tr iggers like Tanjung Pasir Beach, Crocodile Captivity Park, Tanjung Pasir Resort, crossing access tourism island, Mangrove Park, and Seafood Culinary; secondly, main problem in tourism development is in local capacity of human resources (especially in qualit y standard enhancement of tourism components and local empowerment). Based on the field result, it necesarry to improve tourism development components like attraction, amenity (accommodation), accessibility, and anciliary. After it is done in strategic issue mapping, it also necessay to coordinating all of stakeholder in collaboration scheme to develop tourism area in Tanjung Pasir Village to make welfare society. The implication of this research are contribute in tourism developing strategy by Tangerang Regency Government.

The current paper considers, for the first time, the most controversial feminist writers, in both the West and the East, the British Mary Wollstonecraft (1759-1797) and the Egyptian Nawal El Saadawi (1931-2021 ) from a feminist comparative perspective. Choosing these two authors is due to their lasting contributions to the development of feminism in their respective societies. This study is undertaken to shed light on the most salient socio-political circumstances that have prompted the considered authors to write in a strikingly similar way despite the fact that they come from very dissimilar cultures, religions and epochs. The present paper, principally by employing theories of the American school of comparative literature, attempts to vividly manifest how Wollstonecraft and El Saadawi, through their writings, have shared with the reader their own experiences and sufferings to give an authentic example of women’s misery in general. Such findings reveal that the integration of the authors’ personal experiences with their theories enriches their works with conviction and passion, while the French Revolution in the West and the resistance of the British colonizer in many Eastern countries have been vital determinants in the way Wollstonecraft and El Saadawi have written their novels, namely The Wrongs of Woman, or Maria (1798) and Women at Point Zero (1973).

Employing a qualitative approach, the present study outlooks the political participation of people in Denpasar, Bali, with regard to the 2020 regional head election in the city during COVID-19 pandemic. Data were garnered through observation and documentation. The findings of this study informed that societies participated in the election with the belief that their interest are accommodated by political parties. Although the election was done during pandemic, the stakeholders carried out strict health protocol of COVID-19 in order to prevent the virus dissemination among societies. Based on the findings, this study suggest that the regional head election has an impact on the relationship between political parties at the regional level and the central level, in which, the central executive board always exercises hegemony towards regional party administrators in providing support recommendations for regional head candidates.

The paper research is work in progress and makes part of a publication set devoted the study of the English monomials and polynomials in the professional domain of audit and accounting, on the one hand. On the other, the research can be treated as a standalone piece for the study into the nature of verbal monomials as set term clusters in English for Audit and Accounting. The scope of research arrives at the following objectives. One objective is to give an overview of the term ‘monomial’ in English for Audit and Accounting, or English for A&A, which leads to understanding of the verbal monomial in English for A&A, correspondingly. The other objective refers to the classification introduced earlier as attributable to the analysis of the structure of the mentioned monomials and polynomials in English for A&A from a morphological perspective of the head term in a monomial, i.e. nounal, verbal, adjectival and adverbial. The said classification in this work associates with verbal monomials in English for A&A only, and provides a relevant sub-classification of the relevant verbal monomials through the lens of their functional properties and roles in a sentence, under the professional language framework. The results and discussion section presents five distinct groups of verbal monomials in English for Audit and Accounting, each corresponding to a specific syntactical role and functional property in a sentence. A variety of the examples helps see and identify the type of the English verbal monomial in the area of audit and accounting

COVID-19 sent a wave of pandomania across Nigeria, like in every other country due to health risk that it come with, which was declared pandemic. However, its impact has been felt on all aspect of human endeavour; social economic and political. In Nigeria, the pandemic has affects security governance due to pivoted role assigned security agencies in the enforcement of restriction of movement and lockdown imposed by the federal government of Nigeria. The security agencies involved has not been limited to police but it include both military and paramilitary as the case may be. In the midst of continues spread of diseases and multiplicity of security agencies, security governance became a serious issues. Through the government adopted a pragmatic approached, the result has been of mix blessing. It is in light of the above that the paper examines security, government in the COVID-19 pandemic period using Nigeria as a case study.

This research will explore about the product-mix pricing as one of pricing strategies on event industry, music festival specifically. The research will use generation Z in Jakarta as its main focus. This research was conducted in order to provide recommendations for event managers to apply the pricing strategies which would maximize their financial return, this will be achieved by completing the aim and objectives of this research. The aim of this research was to explore generation Z perception on product-mix pricing in music festivals which would be achieved by doing the secondary research and primary research before providing recommendations. The secondary research will be conducted by critically reviewing literatures on marketing, pricing, event industry, generation Z, and Jakarta. Before moving into the primary research which will be conducted using quantitative method. The findings will talk product-mix pricing on events, about generation Z in Jakarta behaviour, preferences, and perception on music festivals in general and event situation in Jakarta. This research may benefit event managers and researchers alike, as it provides recommendation on pricing a music festival and provide some recommendation on further researches.
